MANAGEMENT POLICY

Core to the continued development of our organization are our people; to that end we like to work in a dynamic and positive environment enabling the professional growth of our staff through the following policies:

  • Capacity building: We have a program of continuous professional development where we provide short evening courses, books and educative programs. For our leading staff we are supporting graduate and post graduate courses through distance learning packages from recognized universities based in the US or the UK.
  • Understanding: WSC finds it important that all the staff have a full understanding of the work the company is undertaking, their role in the work, and the positive effect it looks to achieve. This process is integrated into weekly staff meetings and internal communications to ensure complete support from our people.
  • Team Spirit through tolerance and cooperation: Our team represents every tribal ethnicity, age, gender and religious persuasion in the country and thus key to our success is respect and harmony amongst our people. Again our strength comes from strong leadership and support for our work achieved through positive communications to every one of our people and the families they support.
